HEALTH AND SAFETY
Dream Africa Schools put a premium on health, hygiene and safety of all children and staff in the premises as recommended by BRMS guideline published by MoES.
At Dream Africa schools, it is the responsibility, first and foremost, of every member of the school to look out for the Health and Safety of themselves and others.
It is the also their responsibility to be aware of the Healthy and Safety needs o f their area of work
All staff carry out risk assessments when appropriate in areas such as fire, emergency procedures, science, physical education, technology, catering, transport, cleaning sites, school trips etc.
FIRE SAFETY
The administration body at DAS has recognized the importance of fire safety in schools and they are jointly running a program called SAFE for students and staff members, who are educated on emergency procedures through these programs. They also conduct regular drills and fire safety programs.
