G. Payment Terms and Conditions

1. All payments MUST be through SCHOOL PAY – CASH PAYMENTS ARE NOT RECOGNISED.
2. All Fees are due at the start of the Academic Term. Every child should report after paying full fees or MUST at least pay 300,000/= for day and 600,000/= for boarding section.
3. ALL SCHOOL FEES MUST BE CLEARED BEFORE THE VISITATION DAY WEEK.
4. Cash Discount (20,000/= for Day and 40,000/= for boarding) is granted upon full fees payment by the date stipulated out. Pay less through the discount.
5. Fees once paid is not refunded under any circumstances.
6. P.7 Day scholars will pay additional UGX 140,000/= for extra lessons and its compulsory.
